Rising Sun Montessori Schools is the first co-investment between SOVEC and EVF. With the investment of SOVEC and EVF in Rising Sun in 2011 the company has started setting up a chain of schools. In September 2013 a brand new school building has been opened with modern design and layout of the class rooms to support the pedagogical mission of the school.

Penfield Schools
Penfield is a boarding school in the quite northern suburbs of Ghana. SOVEC and EVF funded the construction for the boarding school and sports. Furthermore the investment provided working capital which enabled the school to start operations in September 2011.

Redrow Developments
SOVEC invested in Redrow Developments together with its partner fund EVF in the beginning of 2012. Redrow proved to be able to offer quality housing for a low price while showing a successful history with land trade and development. SOVEC and EVF invested in working capital, refinancing of loans and machinery which enabled the company to increase its housing stock subsequently speeding up sales.
